MILITARY HEALTH ALERTS

  The Office of the Assistant Secretary of Defense for Health Affairs is pleased to offer
you the opportunity to subscribe to email alerts from the Military Health System and http:
//www.health.mil.  This service will provide you with the latest information on topics of
interest to you such as informing you about:

•        benefits, new medical care programs and policies affecting you and your family.
•        recalls or warnings on drugs or medical devices.
•        medical research products that provide or promote health.
•        new education and training opportunities that may enhance medical knowledge.
•        guidance on any epidemic or pandemic events or national disasters affecting
healthcare.
•        relevant medical alerts.
•        significant health-related questions and media issues directed toward DoD.   

  To start receiving these email alerts, subscribe by clicking here. When you sign up for
the topics that interest you, you will also offered a chance to sign up for TRICARE alerts
as well as other Military Health System, Department of Defense and Federal partner
email alerts.

  A confirmation email will be sent to you with instructions for accessing Really Simple
Syndication (RSS) feeds, updating subscription options, and changing the email address
where you wish to receive updates.

  To password protect your list of subscriptions, update your email address, or remove
yourself from this service please access your User Profile page. Be sure to save your
changes, and look for a confirmation via email verifying the updates you make. If at any
time you wish to unsubscribe, you will be able to do so at the bottom of each email alert
update.
