TO ALCON,

I requested a meeting with both DIRECTORS VARO & OPC. At the meeting we discussed many veterans’ issues. After meeting with the said directors this past Friday ( 10/05/12)

THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION CAN BE PASSED ON TO THE ENTIRE RETIREE & VETERANS COMMUNITY

The appointment phone number to schedule an APPOINTMENT at OPC IS 02-318-8309 / PLDT TOLL FREE 1-800-1888-8782

IF YOU HAVE A PHARMACY FAX and live too far away from any of the veterans associations The pharmacy fax number is 02-318-8387 this is the regular OPC NUMBER AFTER IT PROMPTS YOU TO ENTER THE 4 DIGIT EXTENSION THEN INPUT 4291 THEN THE NUMBER SIGN (#) If you have a refill that is only 30 days once your meds are picked up and received re apply again if you have a refill. They admit it takes 3 weeks to obtain a refill at this time.  If you have a controlled substance (NARCOTICS) These must be submitted separately and at the top of the fax enter "CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE REFILL"

There is an issue with multiple clothing allowances and may take a while to get resolved the issue is . PHILIPPINE DOCTORS VICE US DOCTORS it is obvious this is a hard thing to follow.

I can meet with them on a quarterly basis.

Myself and Mr Gerken will be allowed to take the service office exam on line, I am waiting for the link . The VARO DIRECTOR is submitting
information at this time so we can be certified after completion of the class/course.

SINCERELY

Mr Robert W. Chittum Jr
